DELIVERY TIMES & COSTS

Urban Islamic Wear ships to many cities in the world and we usually process your order within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email including the link to track your parcel shortly after we arrange your shipment.

Orders placed on Fridays, Holidays or during the weekend, will be processed on the next business day. Please note that during promotional offers and seasonal sale, the dispatch process may take longer than usual.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries due to issues such as, incorrect address, courier transport issues, weather or any other external circumstance that may affect the delivery time of your parcel.

UK Standard Delivery

£5.50

Our UK Standard delivery service takes 3-5 working days to deliver. Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address.

Once your order had been dispatched we will provide you with a tracking reference number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

Once a delivery has been attempted, if there is nobody present to sign for the parcel, the courier may leave your parcel in a safe place or leave a ‘While You Were Out’ card which will provide the relevant instructions on how you can retrieve your parcel.

This will either be a re delivery or collection from the nearest depot. If you are collecting your parcel, an appropriate form of ID is required.

UK Next Day Delivery

£8.50

UK Next day delivery is a next working day tracked service. Orders need to be placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday.

Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day and delivered the following day after.

Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Please note that this does not include Public Holidays so any orders placed during these times may be delayed.

We will provide you with the tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

USA Standard

£30

We offer standard delivery service with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 working days.

International Standard

£30

Our International delivery is a tracked service. Orders placed before 12pm UK time will be dispatched the same day.

Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. If an order is placed on Friday after 12pm UK time, it will be dispatched the following Monday.

EU Standard

We use a tracked service shipping to EU. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation along with the tracking reference and instructions on where to track your parcel.

TAXES AND DUTIES

All International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country, based on items being over a certain value set by your local authority. This is not within our control and we cannot pre-pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be.

Please note we have no control over these charges and are not able to waive or reduce them. Customers are advised to check with their local border force control for more details regarding this. Also we are not able to declare any parcels as a gift in order to avoid any charges.

PAYMENTS

Currency

All transactions are charged in GBP.

The final amount will be determined by the conversion rate charged by your credit card company at the actual time of payment.

Due to currency fluctuations, the final total shown on the order confirmation may differ slightly from the actual charge in your own currency.

Payment Method

We currently accept Paypal and credit card payments such as MasterCard, Visa, American Express.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Return & Refund Policy

We offer our customers the option to return unused and undamaged products within 14 days of purchase.

For all returns, please email info@urbanislamicwear.co.uk with your order number. The packaging must be intact and the product must be new, unused with all tags attached.

Please note that returns without proper documentation, packaging and/or materials cannot be accommodated. 

Reasons for returning

We’ll accept returns for the following reason:

• The products are of unsatisfactory quality

In addition, if we reasonably determine that a purchased product that might otherwise be eligible for return was ordered through robot or other automatic device or software, we reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion to refuse any of such return request.

Non Returnable / Non Refundable Items

As a guideline, the following examples are not covered by our returns policy:

Made to measure, altered, or personalised products
Made to order products
E-vouchers and gift cards
All personalised products cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is faulty or damaged
Sale products

International Return Policy

In case, a customer refuses to accept the parcel for one of the following reason, but not limited to these: customs, taxes and/or duties, the shipping costs will not be refunded. Moreover, the customer will also be charged for the return cost of the parcel, as per the costing provided by the carrier, which may or may not be the same as outbound shipping cost

Refunds

Please allow 14 days from the date you return your order to us for your refund to appear in your bank account. If you’re ordering in a currency other than Pounds Sterling your refund will be issued in your local currency at your bank or card issuer’s exchange rate. Remember that unless your entire received order is faulty, we won’t be able to offer a refund on shipping costs.

Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days upon receiving of the items at our warehouse to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Exchanges

You can exchange an item if the item does not fit. Please note you are liable for the charges of returning the product and delivery of the exchange item. We strongly advice you to contact us before placing an order if you are unsure which size to select.

Please pack your item securely to prevent loss or damage during transit with all original packaging. Fill in the Returns & Exchange form and include the dispatch note.
